Data Annotation Programme Manager
Annotation Programme Manager, 6-Month Contract, Singapore (On-site)
DeeLab is looking for an experienced Annotation Programme Manager to run a client-facing annotation programme for a confidential Singapore-based client operating in a regulated, sensitive-data environment.
You'll own delivery for the full six-month engagement: managing a team of specialist annotators, keeping quality and volume on track, planning capacity, managing attrition and delivery risk, and building out the annotation playbook that keeps the programme running smoothly after you.
What you'll do
- Run the client-facing annotation programme day to day
- Work on-site at the client's Singapore premises
- Manage and support a team of specialist annotators
- Own delivery volume and quality against agreed targets
- Plan capacity and manage attrition risk across the programme
- Identify and manage operational risks before they become problems
- Build and maintain the annotation playbook: processes, QA standards, documentation
- Report on data and quality metrics to the client
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in operational or programme management roles
- Direct experience managing a specialist or technical team
- Client-facing delivery ownership: you've run a programme, not just supported one
- Data annotation, data labelling, QA, or structured-production experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication, solid documentation habits
- Comfortable making independent decisions and working with data and quality metrics
Engagement details
- 6-month contract, with possible extension based on follow-on work
- Approximately 125 hours per month (15-16 working days)
- On-site at the client's premises in Singapore
- Start: mid-October 2026
- Compensation: competitive, based on experience
