Clients are buying a quality bar, not hours. Here is exactly how it is held, before the work starts, while it runs, and when something goes wrong.
Proven before they are considered
Everyone in the pool passed DeeLab Academy training and its assessments. Many hold verifiable
certificates; CDA holders passed a live assessment with an instructor, they rank higher in
matching and their work commands higher rates. No proof, no place on a client crew.
We vet the work too
Requests are reviewed by our staff before anything is staffed or published. If we cannot do it
well, we decline and say why, that is cheaper for both of us than a failed engagement.
A paid pilot pins the rate
A fixed-fee pilot on a sample of your data, with a full QA report, credited in full against your
first invoice. You see the quality bar before you commit to it.
QA sampling every batch
Acceptance rate reported per delivered batch, with the flagged edge cases that need your call.
Work that fails a QA sample is corrected at our cost, not billed again.
One accountable person
A DeeLab team lead owns scope, cover and comms. You escalate to one name, not to a pool.

The badge renders only from a consented, live credential pull. Withdraw consent and it disappears, we never show a cached claim about someone's qualifications.
